Does it hurt?
Most patients experience little or no discomfort. Some patients feel a mild stinging and tightening sensation. The moisture of the infused topical medications leave your skin with a cool, refreshed feeling.

What does the SilkPeel™ treatment involve?
During the treatment, a small handheld exfoliating device is passed over the skin several times. Loosened "dead" skin, dirt, oil, and debris are subsequently removed with a vacuum tip. The procedure takes approximately 20 minutes.

How many treatments are required?
While you will see visible results after the first treatment, lasting and more significant results will occur after 4 to 6 treatments spaced 7-10 days apart.
